You can check your address details by logging into your Raisin UK Account, clicking ‘My Raisin UK Account’ in the top navigation menu, and then ‘Edit profile’ from the drop-down menu. You can update your address details by sending us a scanned copy, photo or a PDF of one of the following documents by secure message through your Raisin UK Account. Please note that the document needs to be less than three months old, and all four corners of the document must be visible.
Accepted documents for changing your address:
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
Please note, we cannot accept welcome letters or final bills. We also cannot accept documents from Monzo, Loot, Monese, Pocket, Revolut, Tide, TransferWise & other e-money services as a proof of address.
To send one of the above documents by secure message, log into your Raisin UK Account, click ‘My Raisin UK Account’, then ‘Inbox’ and then ‘Write a message’. When entering your message, tell us which details need updating and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, then click ‘Send’. We will send you a secure message to confirm that we’ve updated your details.
Due to the ongoing remote working situation, we’re no longer accepting documents by post. If you recently sent documents to us by post, please resend them as described above.
