If you had funds in your Transaction Account at Starling Bank (i.e. funds that were not invested with one of our partner banks or building societies), Raisin UK returned the full balance of funds held in your Transaction Account to your Nominated Account between 7 and 12 February 2023.
If we were not successful in returning your funds to you (likely because your Nominated Account details were incorrect or no longer exist), we will have contacted you separately to advise on next steps.
