No. Your login details to access your Raisin UK Account will remain the same, and you can continue to log in as normal.
However, following the service bank migration, your Transaction Account sort code and account number have changed. Therefore, if you previously used your (Starling Bank) Transaction Account number to log in to your Raisin UK Account, this will no longer be valid to use.
You will need to log in to your Raisin UK Account with your email address and password. From there, you can view your new account number and sort code. Once you have securely noted this, you can then log in with your new Transaction Account number and your normal password.
