On 13 February 2023, your Transaction Account details were updated and the account is provided by Clearbank since then. From this date,you should use your new account details to transfer funds into your Transaction Account (you can view these in the top right hand corner after logging into your Raisin UK Account).
Please note: You can only transfer funds from your Nominated Account (the bank account you selected when you registered for your Raisin UK Account). If you use a different bank account to transfer money into your Transaction Account, the payment will bounce back automatically to the account from which you initiated the payment.
