If you had funds in your Transaction Account at Starling Bank (i.e. funds that were not invested with one of our partner banks or building societies), Raisin UK returned the full balance of funds held in your Transaction Account to your Nominated Account between 7 and 12 February 2023.
If this attempt to return funds to you was not successful, for example because the Nominated Account details were incorrect, Raisin UK has emailed customers informing them about the unsuccessful attempt and providing more information on next steps.
