You can change your registered email address by following these steps:
- Login to your Raisin UK account.
- On the main menu page, navigate to the top right and hover over your initials.
- Click on 'Account Details'.
- Click on 'Edit' at the right side of the email address

You will see your current email address and an empty field below, please enter your new address, then click on ‘Next’

Two emails will then be automatically sent, one to the old email address (just to inform you) and one to the new email address. Please click on ‘Confirm now’ in the email which was sent to new email address

An mTAN code is automatically sent to your registered mobile phone number. Please open the message, enter the code and click 'Confirm'
After confirmation, you will be taken to the confirmation page and where the change request is completed. In addition, a confirmation email is sent to your newly registered email address. This is for information purposes only and no further action is required.
