Unfortunately, in some instances we may have to cancel your renewal. The reason for this can include the following:
- The rate you chose to renew at has decreased and we have cancelled your renewal request, or
- During the deposit timeline the product has been withdrawn by the bank and therefore removed from our platform.
In the case either of these occur, we will email you to let you know and invite you to choose another product or renew at the lower rate. If you have any further issues relating to renewing your deposit, please reach out our Customer Service team via secure message from your account.
