That your registered mobile number is correct (view the last four digits in ‘Account details’ under your initials). Contact our Customer Service Team to update or confirm your full number.
- That mobile verification hasn’t been deactivated—if it has, contact our Customer Service Team to reactivate it.
- That you're not in a country where mTANs may be blocked or unavailable. Some regions may not support receiving verification codes.
