To check your bank or building society account details (your Nominated Account), log in to your Raisin UK Account, hover over your initials in the top right corner of the screen, and select ‘Customer Details’ (select ‘My data’ when using the app).
You can update your Nominated Account by sending us a scanned copy, photo or a PDF of a valid bank statement from the bank or building society you want to make your nominated account by secure message through your Raisin UK Account or from your registered email address. Please note that the document needs to be less than three months old, and all four corners of the document must be visible.
However we cannot accept welcome letters or final bills. We also cannot accept statements from e-money services such as Loot, Pocket, Revolut, Tide, TransferWise & other e-money services.
To send a secure message login to your Raisin UK Account, hover over your initials located at the top right hand corner of your Raisin UK Account (the paper airplane icon on the app), click ‘Messages’ and ‘Write a new message’. When entering your message, tell us which details need updating and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, then click ‘Send’.
We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve updated your details.
