You can check your bank or building society account details (your nominated account) by logging into your Raisin UK Account and clicking ‘My Raisin UK Account’ in the top navigation menu and then ‘Withdraw funds’ from the drop-down menu.
You can update your nominated account by sending us a scanned copy, photo or a PDF of a statement for the bank or building society you want to make your nominated account, providing it’s less than three months old, by secure message through your Raisin UK Account.
To send this document to us as a secure message, log into your Raisin UK Account, click ‘My Raisin UK Account’, then ‘Inbox’ and then ‘Write a message’.When entering your message, confirm that this is your new nominated account, and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, then click ‘Send’.
As an added security measure, once we’ve received your bank or building society statement, we will call you, verify your identity and confirm the changes you’ve requested before making them. Once completed, we will send you a secure message to confirm that we’ve updated your details.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we’re no longer accepting documents by post. If you recently sent documents to us by post, please resend them as described above.
