You can only transfer money into your Transaction Account by electronic transfer, using the Faster Payments transfer method, from a UK bank or building society account that you hold in your name.
Please be aware that you cannot transfer money to or from your Transaction Account from electronic money institutions or payment institutions (e.g. Prepay Technologies, Loot, Pocket, Revolut, Tide, TransferWise & other e-money services). We're also currently experiencing registration issues for customers trying to use a Virgin Money account for their Nominated Account. Whilst we investigate this issue, please use an alternative bank account.
