Yes, we will contact you at least 14 days in advance of a rate decrease. For a rate increase, you may receive fewer than 14 days' notice. These rules apply to any easy access savings account you open through our marketplace.
In the case of a rate decrease, if we email you more than 30 days in advance of the rate decrease, then we will also send you a reminder email 14 days prior to the rate decrease taking effect.
When money deposited into your easy access account fully clears, you will receive the rate that applies on the date the money was received.
