To check your address details when logged into your Raisin UK Account, open the ‘Account’ main menu on the right and click ‘Customer Details’ (or select ‘My data’ when using the app).
You can update your address details by sending us a scanned copy, photo or a PDF of a valid bank statement from the nominated bank by secure message through your Raisin UK Account.
Please note, that the document needs to be less than three months old, and all four corners of the document must be visible.
Please note, we cannot accept welcome letters or final bills. We also cannot accept documents from Loot, Pocket, Revolut, Tide, TransferWise & other e-money services as a proof of address.
To send a secure message login to your Raisin UK Account, hover over your initials located at the top right hand corner of your Raisin UK Account (the paper airplane icon on the app), click ‘Messages’ and ‘Write a new message’. When entering your message, tell us which details need updating and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, then click ‘Send’.
We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve updated your details.
