If you still have access to the old number, you can change your registered mobile phone number by logging into your Raisin UK Account, navigating to your initials in the far right corner, and clicking 'Account details'. Next to your old registered phone number you can then click 'Edit' and change it to your new phone number. Please note, you should enter +44 instead of 0 when entering your new number as we only accept UK phone numbers for account holders.
If you no longer have access to the phone number you currently have registered on file or cannot access your Raisin Account, please contact our customer service team and request a mobile phone number change.
For further security precautions, our Customer Service team will be in touch requesting that you send a small transfer to your Raisin UK Transaction Account where you will be required to add your new phone number in the 'details' section of the transfer for us to update on to your account.
