To send a secure message from your Raisin UK Account, hover over your initials located at the top right hand corner of your home screen (the paper aeroplane icon on the app).
From there, navigate to ‘Messages’ then ‘Write a new message’. Clearly state the issue in the 'Subject' area, i.e: "Sign up issues", then let us know in the 'Comments' section where you are experiencing difficulty and click ‘Send’. A Customer Service Representative will respond to you within the next 1-2 business days.
If you need to update your details, please tell us which details need updating and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, click ‘Send’, and a Customer Services Representative will respond to you within the next 1-2 business days.
