To send a secure message from your Raisin UK Account, hover over your initials located at the top right hand corner of your home screen (the paper airplane icon on the app).
From there, navigate to ‘Messages’ then ‘Write a new message’. Clearly state the issue in the 'Subject' area i.e: "Sign up issues", then let us know in the 'Comments' section where you are experiencing difficulty and click ‘Send’. A Customer Services Representative will respond to you with the next 1-2 business days.
If you need to update your details, please tell us which details need updating and then click ‘Attach files’ below the message box. Follow the displayed instructions to attach your document, click ‘Send’ and a Customer Services Representative will respond to you with the next 1-2 business days.
Please note: Sending a secure message from your account is the most time-efficient way to get a response from an agent, rather than sending an email to our inbox.
